2 (988)One-piece controllers for solar systems under pressure (closed loop)

The controllers of series СК208С, СК530С8 / СК530С8Q are designed for operation and control with one standard hydraulic connecting diagram (tank-accumulator + solar system). They distinguish themselves with available additional functions, which are necessary depending on complexity and requirements to the system (for example, function for calculation of thermal energy quantity, control for rotation speed of circulating pump, as well as discharge of excessive heat). The older models of controllers – СК618, СК988С1, СК728С1 – support from 10 to 42 standard hydraulic diagrams, which allow performing the control for system that consist of some consumers – up to 3 tanks-accumulators, pools, heating maintenance, etc.

3 (528)Controllers with remote display for solar systems under pressure

The peculiarity of controllers СК868С9 / СК868С9Q, СК528 is the possibility for installation of power part (where all power wires and temperature sensors are brought) separately from display with controls. This allows arranging the contact-power part of controller at the most suitable place in terms of installation, service, control or commutation logic between elements of the system (as a rule, boiler houses and furnaces), and the display may be arranged at the most convenient place for user (hall, bathroom, bedroom). The models differ with a set of additional functions, as well as by way of display communication with switching unit. Model CK528 has 2 equal remote displays, which transmit the data through radio channel; models СК868С9 / СК868С9Q have the classical wire connection.

4 (1168)КControllers for solar systems under pressure with possibility for remote access and data recording

The main advantage of controllers СК1128, СК1168, СК1188 is the possibility to be connected to the internet for remote access to the settings and control of system and data transfer. Besides, these controllers can record all information about operation of solar system (temperature, errors, quantity of transmitted heat energy, etc.) to the external media – SD card. Using the software, included into the set, one can at any time process the data and receive the information about system operation for a chosen time period or a concrete day in a year. These controllers allow the service engineers and installers making the monitoring, changing the configuration, adjusting the system without leaving own office, and end users – receiving the accurate and true information about system operation at any place in the world, where there is the internet.

5 (609)Controllers for thermosyphon solar systems

Controllers of series СК500, СК601, СК609 are designed to control the seasonal thermosyphon systems of different type. Thus, controllers CK500 and CK601 are designed for operation only with passive thermosyphon systems without pressure, such as ATMOSFERA RNB-Stainless and ATMOSFERA RNB-Enamel.

Controller CK609 is designed only for operation with thermosyphon systems under pressure, which are completed with vacuum pipes of heat-pipe type – ATMOSFERA RPB-HeatPipe.

The use of controllers allows achieving the additional level of comfort thanks to possibility for more flexible adjustment of system to the demands of a concrete user.

The budget controllers M-7, M-8 and M-8 NEW are especially designed to control the solar thermosyphon systems of passive type. The controllers are furnished with capacitance combined pressure/temperature sensors and 2-way valves, using which the thermosyphon system is controlled. Controllers of series M-x, as well as controllers of series SR control not only the charge and maintenance of water level in the collector but the operation of heating element in different modes, have the protective functions and support the manual control.
